Our Story

Born from a
Personal Experience

Our founders witnessed firsthand the confusion, grief, and helplessness that families face when a loved one loses the ability to communicate their medical wishes. Doctors, family members, and well-meaning individuals all disagreed — not out of malice, but out of the absence of a clear, legally documented voice from the patient.

That experience became the seed of Jeevan Mukti — a service dedicated to ensuring no family has to face that situation again.
